Q: Can I pay by Credit Card?

A: Sure can! Just choose Paypal and on the payment page choose this option:


"Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"


Just click that link and enter your credit card information.


Q: My user name and/or password won't work!

A: Unless your account expired, it definitely does. Make sure you enter it as you did when you signed up. It's case sensitive. That means that capitals and lowercase matter. In other words, this:

In other words, check your Caps Lock, superstud.




Q: My password and user name still don't work!


A: No problem. Just drop a line to and let us know. We can reset them for you. Lickety-split.



Q: Do you renew expiring subs?

A: Nope. No one handles your payments except for you. We won't recharge your card or PayPal account. That's all on you. We do this for your protection and keep your payments in your control.



Q: How come you didn't write back?

A: Yes we did. We try to respond to all of our support emails immediately. If you haven't received a response within 2-3 days, check your spam folder. In many cases, our responses end up there. If not, drop us a line as it might not have gone through.
